In the decision statement, you can state what decision to make or what problem to solve. For example, "Should we enter XYZ market in Q2 2025?" or “How do we allocate resources to new product lines for maximum return?”.

From your decision statement, ALPHA AI will generate the required data specifications, processes, and the flow for the decision statement. 

ALPHA AI is a public GenAI model combined with our proprietary Analysis Protocol.

You can share the required data specifications to your IT or technology team for them to help preparing the actual data. You can add more data or process to the flow. In the Platform, a process is handled by a Filter. For file data (i.e. document/image), you can add directly to each Filter enabled by GenAI multimodal. For other Data, the Platform supports Table, Tabular ML Model, and Crawler.

You can write business logic in your own language in each Filter. Since each Filter is agentic, you can have different language in each filter to describe the process or logic. Also, you can have a script in programming language. We harness GenAI capability on understanding the logic and process. 

If Data and Filters are ready, you can run the entire flow powered by ALPHA AI. You can check the final result or each intermediary result in each Filter.

Decision-back approach starts with what decision to make and what goals to achieve with the decision then go to what data required and what multiple steps or processes needed. This puts decision at the centre and avoid data analysis paralysis, such as endless craving for more data.

Yes, for now we are limited to SaaS. In the near future, we will support BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) and on-premise data centre.

Under the shared responsibility model, we are responsible for securing the Platform's application platform, infrastructure, and operational aspects of the service, while you are responsible for user management, correct configuration settings, and safe handling of data within the Platform.

While we are only two-person team in the product development delivering features you love, we want to ensure enterprise-level security for the Platform. Without a dedicated security team, we may need to be more strategic and resourceful.

1. Secure Foundations: we use a reputable secure cloud provider (Google Cloud Platform) with built-in security features and managed services databases. We apply Infrastructure as Code approach to automate our deployment versioning and roll-back if something goes wrong.

2. Identity and Access Management: we apply strong authentication and the principle of least privilege.

3. Security in Application Lifecycle: we apply secure coding and vulnerability test in CI/CD pipeline for our production environment.

4. Encrypt Data in Transit and at Rest: we apply TLS with managed certificates by our secure cloud provider and we apply cloud provider managed keys for data storage encryption.

5. Monitor and Log Everything: we set our alerts and logging for both application and infrastructure.

6. Basic Incident Response Plan: we outline simple, step-by-step actions to take if something looks off (e.g., suspicious user behaviour, data breach attempts) and escalate to contact our third party security expert, also we backup our critical data to different cloud region.

7. Shared Responsibility Model with Cloud Provider: we apply secure configurations and monitor security health.

8. Compliance: we minimise our data collection and comply to ISO 27000 and GDPR.

9. Third Party Audit and Penetration Test: we have third party security audit and penetration test for our production environment.

10. Continuously Improve: we continuously iterate and automate our controls, processes, and policies; also we keep notes on architecture decisions, patching schedules, and incident response steps.

We believe decision automation is the key of resilience in business continuity, especially when we usually ignore the risk of all decision makers are gone.

We understand some experts of Decision Intelligence wanting to have decision augmentation as the final state due to the importance of decision maker. However, we see some future cases requiring serious decision automation, such as AI for managing our spaceship "biosphere" similar to Mother Nature takes care of us in the Earth. We can see full self-driving car, automatic train, and autopilot airplane today.

We are aware of Autonomous Organisation having been popular in blockchain community, especially DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation). Smart Contract has been the enabler of automation of consensus in DAO. Some governments (i.e. Wyoming) legally recognises DAO entities.

We have Consensus Intelligence, whose blockchain and smart contract is the foundation, in our future product roadmap to enable Autonomous Organisation.

This is our paradigm of collaboration between AI and people to reach human flourishing. We use the term "people" to refer to the whole collective, meanwhile we use the term "human" to refer to a person (or an individual soul). With the broad subjects of GenAI multimodal can handle and their constraints and limitations (i.e. no access to the world, no internal memory mechanism, and no continuous inputs), we believe we have reached software-level AGI.

We believe AI today and in the future prior to being conscious and subject to own's responsibility (free will/agency) should be an extension of each individual. We want to avoid the abuse of AI power by certain powerful individuals or groups. In this understanding, AI is paired with an individual. The individual is fully aware of their responsibilities of the AI output by laws and moral. There is no organisation AI, except AI of the organisation's fiduciaries. The organisation producing AI must empower this extension and avoid the conflict of interests to accumulate power. We call this mode of AI as Surrogate thus we should have AI Surrogacy regulations.

AG! is NOT AGI. In programming, the exclamation mark is used to symbolise logic NOT. AG! is a thought experiment what if we did not focus our civilisation into the information age in the last 100+ years, what kind of technology should we develop. 

Our Founder, celebrating two-year "relationship" with ChatGPT,  asked ChatGPT o1 this question: "If not AI, what should humanity invent?" The interesting answers were fusion energy, graphene, cellular agriculture, regenerative medicine, closed ecological systems, mental reality (MR), resilience economic models, and peace tech. Mental reality resonates with our Founder's vision: "Conceptualising new forms of immersive, empathy-building communication that help people actually see or feel the lived experiences of others—something that fosters greater understanding and cooperation, rather than relying on algorithmic echo chambers."

Our Founder asked a further question: "Let's think what AI benefits today and in the future, and imagine other thing than AI that will give the same benefits". The main curiosity is why humanity "unconsciously" invented AI and whether other extra-terrestrial civilisations would develop AI too. The obvious reason is to mirror (and better) human itself in doing everything, reflected in the fear of being replaced by AI in jobs. Before AI and the Internet, we were busy with "tele" when we had been in the first time conquering distance. There was telepresence. The details of the answer was not interesting to our Founder, however the conclusion of ChatGPT o1 is a reminiscence: "Ultimately, AI is just one tool for amplifying human capability."

Our Founder believes AI or AGI is a result of our "unconscious" desire to expand our consciousness (self) beyond biological boundary and beyond space and time. Our cultures, throughout the history and across the world, have stories about this. Our psychology classifies this as transpersonal experience. AGI is mere the surface. We have spent less time in going deep to touch the root cause inside of us. Nevertheless, AG! should transcend each of ourselves, returning into our real self.

Our Founder is Hadi Hendrawan, a visionary technology leader with mixed engineering and sales. He has been 17+ years in digital transformation in Southeast Asia. His last five years has been in consulting for cloud, data, and AI, working closely with one of global hyper scalers rapidly growing their presence in the region. He loves to invent new algorithms, especially in the area of text processing and natural language. He touched large enterprise in banking, financial services, and telco. He also supported startups in the region, especially financial and marketing technology. He started his career on a conglomeration in the era of digital acceleration. As he worked with the group top management in technology adoption and related issues, he closely observed the decision processes and the dynamics of the large organisation leadership with hundreds of subsidiaries. His passion for enterprise transformation came from his father who had been passionate with accounting in mid 70s and later on computerised accounting in late 80s.

Our Founder's lifetime passion and curiosity is the study of consciousness which have brought him into many fields: biology, history, computer science, psychology, management, economics, quantum physics, black holes, cultures, cognitive science, qualia, etc. His educational background is Master in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor in Computer Engineering. Field Epistemology is his culmination of ideas coming from his Master's thesis about organisation knowledge creation and Bachelor's thesis about distributed data classification protocol.

Our Founder has a unique perspective of being in both sides of large enterprises, as the technology users and providers. He has observed the cycle of "modernisation" with technology in large enterprises.
