The Company does not knowingly solicit information from or market to minors under the age of 13.

For PDPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore.

Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from PDPA or GDPR.

Except as prohibited by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage that may arise from the use of the Services.
The Privacy Policy and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
You will provide your Contact Email to the Company. If you do not provide a separate email address, the registered email address for sign-in will be your Contact Email. All notices to you must be sent to your Contact Email.
All Notices from the Company will be treated as received when the email is sent. You are responsible for keeping its Contact Email current throughout the Term.
