Hadi Hendrawan is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience across enterprise systems, cloud, data, and AI in Southeast Asia.
He has worked across both sides of large organizations, as a technology provider and as an enterprise practitioner, supporting banking, financial services, and telecommunications sectors.
Through this experience, he observed a consistent gap: decisions in complex organisations are often fragmented, opaque, and difficult to explain or defend.
NTRJ Episteme was created to address this: bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to how decisions translate into action.
His work is informed by a long-standing interest in how knowledge is structured and decisions are formed across complex systems.
